Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way. International delivery timelines may vary based on the destination.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, we require an uninterrupted unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package and continuing until the product is fully unpacked, along with clear photos if applicable. Once verified, eligible requests will be processed for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
